Streamlined the distribution channels and sales force management for Olivetti Servers and PCs in education market and increased the sales of US$8M in one year.
Designed, implemented and supported a state-of-the-art data warehouse system for the Real Estate Services department of Construction Bank of China.
Managed a cross-functional team of 10 members on a $4M MIS project for TIANTAN Hospital and finished it 2 months ahead of time which saved 12% of implementation costs.
Launched a program to provide one-stop-shopping solution of Internet/Intranet to colleges and high schools countrywide and finished 45 projects of $30M in two years.
